Joint Recruitment Announcement

由西南交通大学 Damien Voiry 教授、伍华丽教授,电子科技大学董帆教授、隆昶研究员共同组建的合作创新研究团队(以下简称 合作团队),紧扣国家 双碳重大战略需求,聚焦减污降碳与能效提升过程中的界面电化学关键科学问题,开展高水平应用基础研究。合作团队近期已获得国家自然科学基金委合作创新研究团队项目资助(总经费720万)。现因团队建设与科研项目发展需要,面向全球联合招聘优秀博士后 4~6 名。

The Collaborative Innovation Research Team (hereinafter referred to as the “Collaborative Team”), jointly established by Prof. Damien Voiry and Prof. Huali Wu from Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), as well as Prof. Fan Dong and Prof. Chang Long from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), carries out high-level application-oriented basic research in close response to the national “Dual Carbon” strategic imperative, focusing on key scientific issues in interfacial electrochemistry involved in pollution reduction, carbon mitigation and energy efficiency enhancement. The team has recently been awarded an International Collaboration Fund for Creative Research Teams (ICFCRT) by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), with a funding of 7.2 million RMB. To support team construction and research project development, we are now conducting a global joint recruitment for 4~6 outstanding postdoctoral researchers.

Experimental Platform

合作团队招收的博士后可充分依托西南交通大学、电子科技大学及合作课题组的全部软硬件平台资源,满足研究需求,相关平台包括但不限于:双球差矫正透射电子显微镜、原位红外光谱仪、原位拉曼光谱仪、差分电化学质谱仪、气相 / 离子 / 液相色谱仪、原位XRDXPS 等大型表征设备。

Postdoctoral researchers recruited by the collaborative team will have full access to all software and hardware platform resources of SWJTU, UESTC and the collaborative research team to support their research. Such platforms include, but are not limited to: double spherical aberration-corrected transmission electron microscope, in-situ infrared, in-situ Raman, differential electrochemical mass spectrometer, gas/ion/liquid chromatograph, in-situ XRD, XPS and other large-scale characterization instruments.

Damien VOIRY,教授/博导,法国杰出青年人才,法国国家科学研究中心CNRS-欧洲膜研究所IEM主任,西南交通大学前沿科学研究院扬华首席客座教授。致力于绿色可持续CO2电化学转化制备重要化工原料、太阳能光催化和水处理离子交换膜的制备技术等交叉方向的研究。在国内外权威期刊上共发表96篇学术论文,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文47篇,包括ScienceNature EnergyNature Catalysis2篇)Nature Materials4篇)Nature ChemistryNature Reviews ChemistryNature WaterNature Communications等。主持中国自然科学基金委合作创新研究团队项目、欧盟联合委员会ERC项目、法国科研署ANR-PRC重点研发项目、等16项科研项目,获得2024年世界可持续发展青年科学家奖(SDGs Awards)(全球获奖共4位)、2022法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS-卓越研究奖、2020年欧盟研究委员会(ERC)杰出青年科学家、2022年法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)铜奖、2022年法国化学会(SCF)青年化学家奖等奖项和荣誉称号共计6项。

Damien Voiry, Professor/Doctoral Supervisor, is a French Outstanding Young Talent, Research Director at the CNRS-European Membrane Institute, and Chief Visiting Professor at the Institute of Frontier Sciences, Southwest Jiaotong University. His research focuses on interdisciplinary areas such as green and sustainable CO2 electrochemical conversion for the preparation of important chemical raw materials, solar photocatalysis, and the preparation of ion exchange membranes for water treatment. He has published 96 academic papers in authoritative domestic and international journals, including 47 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author in journals such as Science, Nature Energy, Nature Catalysis (2 papers), Nature Materials (4 papers), Nature Chemistry, Nature Reviews Chemistry, Nature Water, and Nature Communications. He has led more than 16 research projects, including the NSFC International Collaboration Fund for Creative Research Teams, the European Commission ERC project, and the French National Research Agency ANR-PRC key R&D project. He has received a total of 6 awards and honors, including the 2024 World Sustainable Development Young Scientist Award (SDGs Awards) (one of only 4 recipients worldwide), the 2022 French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) - Research Excellence Award, the 2020 European Research Council (ERC) Outstanding Young Scientist Award, the 2022 French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) Bronze Award, and the 2022 French Chemical Society (SCF) Young Chemist Award. He is listed as Highly Cited Researcher since 2022.

伍华丽,扬华青年特聘教授,国家高层次青年人才。主持国家自然科学基金委、四川省科技厅等项目。主要从事碳、氮类小分子光、电化学催化转化的基础和应用研究,具体包括:CO2电化学捕集、光电催化CO2转化、电化学离子交换膜制备等方向。迄今发表SCI文章30余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Nature EnergyNature Catalysis等能源催化领域顶级期刊发表论文20余篇,合著发表在Nature CatalysisNature WaterAdvanced Functional Materials等顶级期刊论文10余篇。

Wu Huali is a Yanghua Young Distinguished Professor and a National High-Level Young Talent. She has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on the fundamentals and applications of photochemical and electrochemical catalytic conversion of small carbon and nitrogen molecules, specifically including CO2 electrochemical capture, photoelectrocatalytic CO2 conversion, and the preparation of electrochemical ion exchange membranes. To date, she has published over 30 SCI articles, including over 20 as first/corresponding author in top journals in the field of energy catalysis such as Nature Energy and Nature Catalysis, and over 10 co-authored articles in top journals such as Nature Catalysis, Nature Water, and Advanced Functional Materials.

董帆,电子科技大学基础与前沿研究院二级教授、博士生导师、学术委员会主任,碳中和与环境能源新技术研究中心主任。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2022年)、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者(2018年)、国务院特殊津贴专家(2019年),连续多年入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家榜单。曾获四川省杰出青年科学技术创新奖(2023年)、中国环境科学学会青年科学家金奖(2020年),以及省部级自然科学奖一等奖2项、二等奖5项。研究领域聚焦环境与能源催化、原位界面表征技术、气体传感系统及大气污染控制与资源化。主持国家自然科学基金项目10项、国家重点研发计划课题2项,以及四川省创新群体等省部级重大/重点科研项目20余项。迄今以通讯作者在ChemJ. Am. Chem. Soc.Nat. Commun.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A.Energy Environ. Sci.Environ. Sci. Fan Dong currently works as Professor (Grade 2), Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the academic committee, and Director of the Research Center for Carbon Neutrality and New Environmental & Energy Technologies, in Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (2022), awardee of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars (2018), and expert enjoying Special Government Allowance of the State Council (2019). He has been named a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher for consecutive years. His honors include the Sichuan Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award (2023), the Gold Award for Young Scientists of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences (2020), 2 first prizes and 5 second prizes of provincial and ministerial Natural Science Awards. His research focuses on environmental and energy catalysis, in-situ interfacial characterization, gas sensing systems, and air pollution control & resource utilization.

He has led 10 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 projects of the National Key R&D Program, and more than 20 major/key provincial and ministerial projects including the Sichuan Innovative Research Group Program.

To date, he has published over 200 academic papers as corresponding author in top journals such as Chem, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Nature Communications, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, Energy & Environmental Science, and Environmental Science & Technology. His publications have received more than 50,000 SCI citations, with over 50 papers listed as ESI Highly Cited Papers/Hot Papers, and an H-index of 124. He currently serves as Associate Editor of ACS ES&T Engineering (American Chemical Society).


隆昶,电子科技大学基础与前沿研究院研究员、博士生导师,电子科技大学“百人计划”入选者,RSC Nanoscale新兴研究员研究聚焦面向能源与环境应用的界面电化学。迄今为止,发表学术论文50余篇,总被引3600余次,H因子31;以第一或通讯作者身份在Sci. Adv.Nat. Commun.Chem2J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际顶级期刊发表学术论文12,其中ESI高被引4篇。主持/校内主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目[现青年C]、合作创新研究团队、四川省人社厅特别资助(特等/全省5人)等国家/省部级科研项目5项,骨干承担国家级、省部级项目各1项。长期担任Sci. Adv.J. Am. Chem. Soc.ChemEnergy Environ. Sci.等多个期刊审稿人。

Chang Long currently works as Research Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, in Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). He has been selected for the UESTC Hundred Talents Program and Emerging Investigator, Nanoscale (Royal Society of Chemistry). His research focuses on interfacial electrochemistry for energy and environmental applications. To date, he has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers with over 3,600 total citations and an H-index of 31. As first or corresponding author, he has published 12 papers in top international journals including Science Advances, Nature Communications, Chem (2 papers), Journal of the American Chemical Society, and Angewandte Chemie International Edition, among which 4 are ESI Highly Cited Papers. He has led / co-led 5 national and provincial/ministerial research projects, including the General Program and Youth Science Fund Project (now Youth Category C) of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, NSFC Collaborative Innovation Research Team Project, and the Special Funding Project (Special Class, only 5 awardees in Sichuan Province) from the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province. He also serves as a core member in two national/provincial projects. He serves as reviewer for journals including Science Advances, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Chem, and Energy & Environmental Science.

Recruitment Positions4–6 Postdoctoral Positions

(一) 年龄35周岁以下,近期将取得博士学位或获得博士学位不超过2年,品学兼优,身体健康,入站为全日制博士后

Age under 35; expected to obtain a doctoral degree soon or having obtained a doctoral degree within no more than 2 years; with excellent moral character and academic performance, good physical health, and committed to full-time postdoctoral research.

(二) 研究方向与导师团队一致或有显著交叉潜力,具有良好的沟通协调能力和科研能力,有较强的英文听说读写能力,具备良好的学术发展潜力,熟悉电化学、材料学、原位表征、分子动力学模拟、有限元模拟研究方向的优先考虑

Research interests aligned with or showing strong interdisciplinary potential with the supervisors’ research team; equipped with good communication, coordination and research capabilities, proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), and with promising academic development potential. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in electrochemistry, materials science, in-situ characterization, molecular dynamics simulation, finite element simulation and related fields.

(三) 以第一作者(共一第一)Angew /JACS/Adv. Mater./Chem/Matter/Joule及以上高水平期刊至少发表1篇研究型论文(3年内);或至少2ESI高被引研究型论文(4年内)。

Having published at least 1 research paper as first author (including co-first author) in high-impact journals such as Angewandte Chemie, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Advanced Materials, Chem, Matter, Joule or above within the past 3 years; Or at least 2 ESI highly cited research papers within the past 4 years.

在站待遇

Benefits

(一) 基础年薪30万(税前),含地方资助及单位缴纳五险一金。

Basic Annual Salary: A pre-tax annual salary of 300,000 RMB, including local government subsidies and the employer’s contributions to the mandatory social insurance and housing fund (pension, medical, unemployment, work injury, maternity insurance and housing provident fund).

(二) 博士后项叠加资助。(1国家博新计划资助,年薪标准53万元;(2四川省博新项目资助,年薪标准32万元;(3HWYC专项资助,年薪标准42万元。

Additional Postdoctoral Project Funding: (1) Recipients of the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Program: annual salary of 530,000 RMB; (2) Recipients of the Sichuan Provincial Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Program: annual salary of 320,000 RMB; (3) Recipients of the HWYC Special Funding: annual salary of 420,000 RMB.

(三) 科研经费。根据评议结果提供科研启动经费。

Research Funding. Research startup grants will be provided based on peer review and evaluation results.

(四) 项目激励。支持在站博士后积极申报国家级和省级人才项目和科研项目,享受在站单位职工同等的科研激励。

Project Incentives. Postdoctoral researchers are strongly encouraged to apply for national and provincial talent programs and research projects, and shall enjoy the same research incentives as formal faculty members of the institute.

(五) 其他待遇。按相关规定,享受单位职工体检、子女入托入学等福利。

Other Benefits. In line with institutional policies, postdoctoral researchers are entitled to welfare benefits including annual physical examinations and support for kindergarten and school enrollment of their children.

Applicants shall send their application materials to the contact email with the subject entitled as “Postdoctoral Application + Full Name + Intended Start Date” before April 20th 2026. A joint interview will be organized by the research team. Outstanding candidates will then be recommended to the SWJTU/UESTC for qualification review and official recruitment by the university Postdoctoral Administration Office.
